Skavica Hydro Electric Powerplant
RS Construction & Engineering played a crucial role in the initial phase of the Skavica Electric Power Project, operating as a subcontractor under BECHTEL.
Our responsibilities included the design of 28 km of access roads. Using both simple excavation and Drill & Blasting methods, we also constructed 17 km of these roads.
The termination of the first phase was completed in August 2022, which underscores our expertise and contribution to this significant project, recognized as one of the largest projects in the Balkans.

Spitalla, Durrës, Albania: Rebuilding Lives
Our project in Spitalla, Durrës, Albania is dedicated to constructing new homes for those affected by the 2019 earthquake.
Centered around social welfare, our initiative aims to provide secure, quality residences for families displaced by the disaster.
Funded by Abu Dhabi Fund for Development and by Eagle Hills, this Project is one of the biggest in Durres City.
Spitalle Residential Development Project consists of ten 4-store buildings. There are five different-design modules with different typology of apartments.
RS Construction& Engineering is contracted to design and build twenty 4-store buildings, with a total area of 27,600 square meters for a total value of 10 Million Euro.

Terminal
The light sculpture "Terminal" by Karolina Halatek is arriving soon in Albania, recreated by us and installed at QSUT, the nation's largest public hospital.
Inspired by near-death experiences, Halatek's site-specific sculpture creates a contemplative space for patients, visitors, and staff.
